Housing Benefit Performance
The Council aims to improve its benefits service by monitoring and reporting its performance to help identify risks to continuous improvement.
Each year the Council prepares a Benefits Business Plan and a Fraud Prevention and Investigation Plan to set out the specific objectives and targets of the Housing Benefit service and to compare performance against previous years. The business plans can be viewed from Related Links on the left of this web page.
The Council's Policy and Resources Committee and the Monitoring and Audit Committee also considers benefits performance reports, most recently on:
