Voluntary Action Orkney

Volunteering is an incredible thing to do, both for you and others. Volunteering can help you learn new skills and meet new people. It can give you different experiences to help you apply for study, paid work or a new job.  It can help protect your physical and mental health, increase your sense of well-being and improve life for other people, our community and our environments.  Voluntary Action Orkney can help find a volunteering role to suit you, your location and the time you have. They can also offer help if you need a bit more support and confidence as you start.
