    A reminder that our third Guided Journaling session is being held on Teams this Thursday at 9.30am.

    This session will be focussing on how we can communicate to get our message heard. We often have things to say but are afraid of saying the wrong thing. Sometimes we say them and wish we’d said them differently. Come and join us to help find a way of saying the things you need to say.
