Orkney Islands Council is reminding the public of the planned road closure on the Brodgar Road starting next week, with a significant detour for drivers and impacts on the 8S and X1 public bus services.

Orkney Islands Council’s waste team has now removed tetra pak skips from its recycling centres. This means householders should now put all ‘tetra pak’ style containers in their grey bins with other household refuse.
