Road works on Pickaquoy Road starting Monday

Orkney Islands Council is advising of road works planned to start on Pickaquoy Road on Monday 15 May, in the vicinity of the junction with Tesco.

The planing out and resurfacing works will take place from midnight until 06:00am, over the course of two or three evenings. A diversion route via Great Western Road will be in place between these hours.

This work is being coordinated to take place in tandem with work by Tesco to resurface the entrance and exit to their store.
