Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received the following application for variation of premises licence:

Applicant: Orkney Island Hotels Ltd, 10 John Street, Stromness, Orkney, KW16 3AD.

Premises: Ferry Inn, 8-10 John Street, Stromness, Orkney, KW16 3AD.

Date by which objections may be made to the Board: 22 May 2024.

Variations applied for:

• Increase to footprint of licensed premises by extension of outdoor drinking facilities.
• Increase in on-sale capacity from 62 person to 90 persons within outdoor drinking facilities.
• Decrease in off-sale display capacity from 13.2 sqm to 10.51 sqm.
