Verification performance
The Building Standards Division publishes verification performance reports for each Scottish local authority Building Standards Verifier.
Annual Performance Report
The Annual Performance Report shows performance across the Performance Framework and Key Performance Outcomes, using the balanced scorecard and continuous improvement plan templates.
National Customer Satisfaction Survey
The National Customer Satisfaction Survey monitors customer satisfaction with the building standards service, as part of Key Performance Outcome 4 (KPO4) of the performance framework for building standards verifiers.
