Increase Your Parent Power

Could you do with more money, better job prospects, or the confidence to take the next step in your career? The Parental Employability Support Fund (PESF), funded by the Scottish Government, is here to help.

Whether you're looking for work or already employed and want to earn more or progress further, a dedicated employability key worker is on hand to give you the information, advice, and support you need.

You could be eligible if you are:

  • On a lower income
  • Single
  • Relatively young
  • Raising three or more children
  • Caring for a child under 1 year old
  • Parenting a child with a disability
  • Living with a disability yourself

We can help you:
