Orkney Islands Council Transportation Service is advising of changes and suspensions to public bus and ferry services during the Orkney 2025 International Island Games (12 to 18 July inclusive).

The countdown is officially on! In just over two weeks’ time Orkney will host the 20th International Island Games, an event that promises to be a celebration of sport, culture, and community.

With just weeks to go, Orkney is putting the final touches to an unforgettable Island Games - where thrilling international sport meets vibrant island heritage, music, food, and community spirit.
