Garages

We have approximately 276 garages available to rent, mostly located near council housing across Orkney. We also have around 16 plots of land available for building a garage on, though all plots are currently occupied.

Garages are allocated in line with our Garage Allocation Policy. Rent is reviewed periodically.

How to apply

To apply for a garage or garage plot, complete the relevant application form below. If you are approved for a garage plot, you will need to obtain planning permission and must build the garage within 6 months of approval.
