OIC Wellbeing Hub
The OIC Wellbeing Hub is our platform providing access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and a range of benefits and discounts. Once you have activated your registration, you can access your employee benefits via the app or the website.
How to access?
- You will receive a registration email from Pluxee UK (noreply@mail.pluxee.uk) to activate your account.
- For security reasons, the registration link will expire 72 hours from issue, but you can follow the onscreen instructions to receive a new one.
- Once registered, we recommend downloading the Pluxee UK app for the best user experience. Alternatively, you can visit www.oicwellbeinghub.co.uk.
How to get the most out of the app?
- Turn on notifications to make sure you don't miss a recognition. Go to 'Account', select 'Preferences' then 'Notifications' and enable push notifications.
- You can also enable biometrics to allow quick access to your eVouchers when shopping.

Employee Assistance Programme - Counselling, advice and guidance
Enabling you to benefit from free, confidential and independent support to help you with any personal, work or family related issues.
Available any time, any day, by phone or online including the following:
- 24/7 telephone counselling advice and information service
- Dedicated support and information service for managers
- Online, mobile enabled EAP and wellbeing resources

Recognition Awards
You can recognise a colleague for their contribution through our recognition option. This allows you to send a short message of appreciation to acknowledge great work, support or teamwork.
All awards will be showcased on a shared recognition feed, helping to celebrate achievements across the organisation. This feature supports our refreshed values and helps foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Just select Recognition from the menu within the app or website and then select 'Recognise a colleague' to find out more.
Menopause Matters
Support is available whether you are experiencing Perimenopause, Menopause or the Andropause yourself, or supporting someone close to you. This includes:
- Expert Menopause Mentors can support and guide you 24-hours on the phone.
- For further advice and support, please call a Menopause Matters Specialist available through the Employee Assistance Programme on 0808 168 2143.
Optima Health App
The Optima Health app is a digital health and wellbeing app providing:
- Free and confidential personalised wellbeing support.
- Nutrition, hydration and physical activity guidance.
- Exercise videos, lifestyle quizzes and progress tracking.

The Financial Wellbeing Hub
The Financial Wellbeing Hub is delivered by independent financial planners Attivo, giving you access to structured financial education, internal tools and a route to regulated financial planning, as well as:
- Services including financial planning, investment planning, retirement and pension planning, mortgages and more.
- Financial wellbeing guides, tips and planning tools for each stage of life.
- Interactive tools, including a retirement readiness calculator and quizzes.
- Webinars and events hosted by regulated financial planning experts.
