Papdale Halls of Residence
Papdale Halls of Residence is our school hostel in Kirkwall, providing accommodation for up to 70 secondary school pupils from the North and South Isles who attend Kirkwall Grammar School. Opened in 2013, the Halls are set at the edge of rural woodland close to the school.
Our dedicated team of care professionals supports students to settle in, develop as individuals and reach their full potential - academically and socially. Our care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate.
There is no charge to families. Accommodation and transport costs within our transport framework are met by the Council.
