Employment Land Audit

This document contains the 2023 audit of business and industrial land allocated in the Orkney Local Development Plan 2017. It covers sites in Kirkwall and Stromness, with 49.8ha and 14.8ha of land available respectively. The audit records each site’s size, status, available capacity and development constraints, including flood risk, drainage, development briefs and protecting Garson House. It will be updated each year.
