Delivery Programme March 2025

This document contains Orkney Islands Council’s updated Delivery Programme for the 2017 Local Development Plan. It lists the actions, responsibilities and timescales needed to support housing, business and other development across Orkney, including a housing pipeline for the next one to 10 years. It covers allocated sites in settlements across the islands, highlighting progress, infrastructure needs and issues such as flooding, drainage, access and heritage. It also records progress on delivering and reviewing the Plan’s policies.
