Additional property form

This document contains an additional property sheet for private landlords adding a property to an existing registration. It asks for the property address and details about shared housing, accreditation, agents and joint owners. It also records the preferred contact address, signatures and date, and confirms that changes will be reported to the landlord registration team. The completed form and payment should be returned to Orkney Islands Council’s Homelessness and Advice Section.
