Getting support
If you or someone you care for needs support to live safely and independently, we are here to help. We can give you information and advice, assess your needs and help you access the right services - whether you live at home, in supported housing or residential care, or are about to leave hospital.
A duty worker is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm, by phone or in person. In an emergency between 1pm and 5pm, a duty worker can also be reached.

For out-of-hours emergencies, call the Balfour Hospital switchboard on 01856 888000 and ask for the Out of Hours Social Worker.
