Shapinsay -

Domestic and trade refuse collection Wednesday 28 December 2022.

No collections on Wednesday 4 January.

Households should note the fortnightly household recycling collections on Shapinsay are temporarily suspended for operational reasons, with weekly waste collections in place instead on the usual collection day (Wednesday), except for Wednesday 4 January as advised above due to the festive period.

 

Stronsay -

Tuesday 27 December 2022 and Tuesday 3 January 2023.

 

Westray

Domestic and trade refuse collection Monday 19 December 2022 and Wednesday 4 January 2023.

No collections on Monday 26 December.

Households should note the fortnightly household recycling collections on Westray are temporarily suspended for operational reasons, with weekly waste collections in place instead on the usual collection day (Mondays), except for Monday 26 December due to the festive period as advised above. As also noted above, the collection for week starting 2 January will take place on Wednesday 4 January due to New Year’s public holidays.
