Participation Request Decision Notices

As set out in the guidance for the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 Act, Orkney Islands Council must issue a decision notice to the community participation body, setting out its decision, and if it refuses the request, the reasons for the decision. Decision notices must also be published on the Council’s website, and you will find the individual Decision Notices in the ‘Related Downloads’ section of this page.
