Review of Local Development Plan – Evidence Report
We have now been notified by the Scottish Government Reporter that the updated Evidence Report is sufficient to enable the development plan process to proceed. The Evidence Report sets out the baseline information and data that will inform the new OLDP. Work is now underway to prepare the Proposed Plan. Alongside the Evidence Report, Development and Marine Planning have undertaken/prepared the following:
- Call for Ideas/Land Submission
- Play Sufficiency Assessment
- Invitation to Create Local Place Plans
- Trees and Woodland Strategy
- Self-Build List
