Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received the following application for variation of premises licence:

Applicant: Highland Distillers Ltd, 100 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3DN.

Premises: Highland Park Distillery Visitor Centre, Holm Road, Kirkwall, KW15 1SU.

Date by which objections may be made to the Board: 25 March 2025.

Variation applied for: Increase to footprint of licensed premises by inclusion of additional two rooms; To permit on-sales with capacity of 40; To permit activities of recorded music, live music and whisky tasting packages in addition to previously permitted distillery tours and films.
