The Orkney Islands Council (Roads Maintenance Works) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of site personnel and road users while general maintenance works are carried out.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 24 April 2023 for the period until and including 30 November 2023, and its effect will be to close the sections of the roads referred to in the Schedule below, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a road is closed.
