The Orkney Islands Council (Additional Works) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users while Orkney Islands Council carries out maintenance works.
The Order will be in operation from Monday 2 February 2026 to Thursday 30 April 2026. The effect of the Order will be to close the roads specified in the schedule below, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a length of road is closed.
