Resurfacing works cancelled - Junction Road

The resurfacing works on Junction Road, Kirkwall planned to start on Monday (12 March) as advertised in yesterday’s Orcadian have had to be cancelled. This is due to workload and resource pressures brought upon by a combination of recent weather related events and other road repairs currently requiring attention. The Council apologies for any confusion caused and will advise the new start date in due course.
