Orkney's Fifth Parasport Festival registration is open

Registration for the popular event is now open!
Orkney's now well established Parasport Festival returns on Friday, 27th February.
Now in its fifth year, the event offers children with physical disability, vision impairment, hearing loss or Down Syndrome a huge range of sports and fun activities to try out.
Supported by Scottish Disability Sport, the Pickaquoy Centre, the Inclusive Orkney charity, the Council's Sports and Leisure team, OIC Outdoor education time and local sporting club heroes from Orkney Rugby FC, Orkney Athletic and Running Club, the event takes place at the Pickaquoy Centre in Kirkwall between 9:15am and 2:15pm.
Sports Leaders from Stromness Academy will also be helping out on the day.
This year’s festival will offer:

🏃♀️Athletics
🏹Archery
🧗♂️Climbing
🏐Boccia
Experts will be on hand to help adapt activities to children’s needs.
