The Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received six applications for occasional licences to run consecutively –

Applicant: Grant Mainland, Daisy Cottage, Rousay, Orkney, KW17 2PU.

Premises for Event: The Pier Restaurant, Rousay, Orkney, KW17 2PT.

Duration of Licence: Daily from Monday 4 May to Sunday 26 July 2026, inclusive:

                                    On Sales: 11:00 to 23:00 – Sunday to Thursday.

                                                      11:00 to 01:00 - Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday.

                                    Off-Sales: 11:00 to 22:00 daily.

Nature of Event:  Bar open to general public for on and off-sales.                          

Whether alcohol will be consumed on the premises, or off, or both: Both.

Date by which objections must be made: 16 April 2026.
