The Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received two applications for occasional licences to run consecutively –

Applicant: Stuart Mackie, Richmond, 1 Dunnydeer View, Insch, Aberdeenshire, AB52 6HW.

Premises for Event: Waterfront, 4 Crowness Road, Kirkwall, Orkney, KW15 1RG.

Duration of Licences: Daily from Friday 28 November to Thursday 25 December 2025 inclusive:

                                    On Sales: 12:00 to 23:30 - Sunday to Thursday.

                                                      12:00 to 01:00 – Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday.

                                    Off-Sales: 10:00 to 22:00 daily.

Nature of Event: Brewery and Café – With Bar and Live Music.

                             Off-Sales of brewed beer.

Whether alcohol will be consumed on the premises, or off, or both: Both.

Date by which objections must be made: 18 November 2025.
