Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board

The Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received two applications for occasional licences to run consecutively –

Applicant: Carey- Louisa Maguire, Nearhouse, Rousay, Orkney, KW17 2PT

Premises for Event: The Pier Restaurant, Rousay, Orkney, KW17 2PT.

Duration of Licences: Daily from Tuesday 16 December 2025  to Sunday 4 January 2026 inclusive:

                                    On Sales: 12:00 to 24:00 daily.

                                    Off-Sales: 12:00 to 22:00 daily.

Nature of Event: General Events over the Festive Period on behalf of Rousay, Egilsay & Wyre Development Trust, including Live Music, Pub Games and Dancing.                           

Whether alcohol will be consumed on the premises, or off, or both: Both.

Date by which objections must be made: 18 November 2025.
