Our Autumn programme of community learning opens for bookings from tomorrow, Thursday 17 August.

Courses on offer include:

• Yoga and Relaxation at the Milestone Community Church, Dounby

• Meditation for Experienced Practitioners and Yoga at Kirkwall Community Centre

• Tai Chi at at Kirkwall Grammar School

• Yoga, Yoga from a chair and Yoga & relaxation at the Warehouse buildings in Stromness

• Tai Chi and Furniture Restoration at Stromness Academy

• National 4 Numeracy evening and Daytime classes and Confidence with Maths at the Learning Link Kirkwall.

• Outdoor Classes for this Autumn Include Birdwatching and Finding Wildflowers, Plants and Trees

• Jazz Vocal Improvisation Kirkwall Grammar School

• National 4 Numeracy evening and Daytime classes and Confidence with Maths at the Learning Link Kirkwall.
