Stromness's Place Plan

This document contains Stromness’s 10-year Local Place Plan, created with the community, Stromness Community Development Trust, Stromness Community Council and Orkney Islands Council. It sets out a vision for Stromness as a place to live, work, learn, visit and play, supported by 22 proposed projects, including better paths, play areas, housing, community facilities, heritage, tourism and marine activities. It also gives six principles for future development, including sustainability, a strong local economy, quality design and community life.
