Property and Road Naming Form

This document contains the application form for naming or renaming streets and properties, or naming and numbering a new property, in Orkney. It asks for applicant, site, ownership and proposed name details, along with supporting documents such as proof of ownership and a location plan. Fees apply, and payment can be made by cheque or card. Names are checked with Royal Mail, and the Council aims to confirm registered addresses within 21 days of receiving a valid application.
