Procurement Annual Report 2024 to 2025

This document contains Orkney Islands Council’s procurement annual report for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. It summarises completed contracts, compliance checks, audits, community benefits, supported businesses, procurement spending and progress against the Council’s procurement strategy. The report records 464 live contracts worth £54.6 million and £70.8 million in total spending, including 39.5% with local enterprises.
