Kirkwall's Place Plan

This document contains the Kirkwall Urban Design Framework, a 20-year plan shaped by local residents, businesses and community groups. It sets out a vision and strategy for housing, transport, heritage, greenspace, energy and town improvement, with detailed proposals for six areas including the town centre, Peedie Sea, Hatston, Papdale and Kirkwall South. It also includes an action plan, delivery framework and a development brief for the K10 housing site.
