Hostels terms and conditions

This document contains the terms and conditions for booking Orkney Islands Council hostels and campsites, including payment, booking changes, cancellations, refunds and arrangements if the Council must alter a booking. It explains data use, arrival and departure times, site rules, responsibility for guests and property, insurance, unexpected events and reporting damage. It also sets out pet rules: guide dogs are allowed in hostels, while up to three dogs per campsite pitch are welcome if kept on leads.
