Harray and Sandwick Local Place Plan

This document contains the Harray and Sandwick Local Place Plan, setting out the community’s vision for the next 10–15 years and how Dounby can be strengthened as a shared hub for the West Mainland. It covers safer roads and walking routes, housing to help families stay, stronger halls and local services, flexible public transport, better digital connections, and support for businesses. It also identifies opportunities for the Smithfield Hotel, heritage sites, paths and Skaill Beach, with phased actions for community and partner delivery.
