Application for Construction Consent under Section 21 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to Construct or Extend a Road

This form is to be completed in accordance with the provisions of the SCOTS’ National Roads Development Guide and the NRDG Variations for Orkney Islands Council Area by any person wishing to construct or extend a road irrespective of whether or not it is to be subsequently maintained by the Local Roads Authority.
