Building warrant fee guidance

This document contains building warrant fees effective from 1 April 2026 under the Building (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2026. It explains how fees are based on the normal market value of works, with tables covering standard, conversion, demolition, amended and extended warrants. Higher fees apply to late warrants and completion certificates submitted without a warrant, while discounts may be available for approved design and construction certificates.
