Late Hours Catering Licence

Food businesses must obtain a Late Hours Catering Licence under section 42 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 from the Council for the use of premises between the hours of 23:00 and 05.00 for the sale or consumption by the public of food, on or off the premises.
