Affordable Serviced Sites

In Orkney there is a long tradition of people acquiring sites and building their own homes.

The Council is committed to supporting this tradition and for a number of years has been acquiring and servicing land for onward sale.

We have developed an expression of interest form, which you can now use to inform us of your area preferences and some information leaflets which help to explain the process.
