Employability Support

Employability Support

Working with various statutory and third sector partners the Employability Support Team can assist anyone living in Orkney, who is actively seeking employment or looking to enter education or training to gain full-time or additional employment. We can offer practical assistance if you are returning to the work market after an absence such as raising children or health issues or looking to retrain for a better job.

Working to the principles of Scottish Government No One Left Behind delivery plan, the Employability Support Team can offer personalised one-to-one and group work support to people who are looking to increase their confidence, knowledge and skills in various areas and progress towards learning, training or employment.
