Fresh Start Relief

From 1 April 2018 relief of 100% is available for a period of up to 12 months where there is new occupation of a property, on or after 1 April 2018, that was previously unoccupied for a continuous period of at least 6 months. To qualify, the property must have  rateable value of £65,000 or less and not be used for payday lending.
