What Is Required For a Building Warrant Application?
We need two sets of scaled drawings and full details of the project when you apply for a Building Warrant, and three sets of drawings if the project involves something other than a home.
Details of building materials and construction methods are needed, along with plans giving details of the building’s location and drainage layout should be submitted along with your completed application form and appropriate fee based on the estimated cost of works.
