Orkney Islands Council has made the above named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of site personnel and road users while duct installation works are carried out on behalf of Openreach.
The Order will come into operation on Thursday 30 July 2020 for the period until and including Wednesday 5 August 2020 and its effect will be to close Weyland Terrace, Kirkwall between its junctions with East Road and Cromwell Drive when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the length of road is closed.
