Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during Openreach’s laying of a new section of ducting in the footway of Willowburn Road, Kirkwall.
The Order will be in operation from Monday 22 November 2021 to Friday 3 December 2021 and its effect will be to close Willowburn Road, between Queen Street and Carters Park Road, all in Kirkwall, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
