Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that, in connection with a pipe band parade in Kirkwall, the following traffic restrictions will apply:
On Saturday 17 August 2019, Albert Street (Broad Street to Laing Street), Broad Street (Albert Street to Palace Road) and Castle Street (Broad Street to the Castle Street Car Park exit) will be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 19:00 and 20:30, and parking will not be permitted between the hours of 17:00 and 20:30 when Broad Street Car Park (next to The Reel) will also be closed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic will be available.
