Notice is hereby given by Orkney Islands Council, in accordance with Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and in compliance with The Local Authorities’ Variation of Charges at Off-street and Designated Parking Places (Notice Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1997, that charges in the car parks listed in the Schedule, available in the 'Related Downloads' section below, will increase from the current levels (shown in Tables 1 and 2) to the levels shown in Tables 3 and 4 with effect from Thursday 1 October 2020.
