Section 46 of the Countryside (Scotland) Act 1967
Orkney Islands Council is seeking views from members of the public on the existence of a Public Right of Way in relation to a route known as ‘Neuketineuks Lane’ in Kirkwall.
In order to gather evidence, whether for or against the route being a public right of way, the Council is asking any person with an interest or knowledge of this route to complete a Public Right of Way Investigation Evidence Form.
The form can be completed online and map of the route can also be downloaded. Alternatively, if you would like a paper version to complete please contact Development and Infrastructure on 01856 873535 or by e-mail.
Completed forms should be returned to the Council no later than 5pm on 3rd September 2021 either by e-mail to developmentandinfrastructure@orkney.gov.uk or by post to Development and Infrastructure, Orkney Islands Council, School Place, Kirkwall, KW15 1NY.
