Orkney Islands Council has made the above named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to ensure the safety of site personnel and road users while service connections are installed at The Buoy Store, NLB Pier, Stromness.
The Order will come into operation on Friday 1 November 2019 for the period until and including Wednesday 11 December 2019 and its effect will be to close Alfred Street, Stromness, between its junctions with Dundas Street and Alfred Square, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the length of road is closed.
