Ness Campsite Works Lead to Road Closure

Works to improve the campsite building at Ness Campsite in Stromness mean that the road through the campsite will be closed to traffic for a number of weeks.

Contractors are aiming to retain pedestrian access for as long as possible - however there may be times when this is not possible. Vehicles and pedestrians can continue to access the shore road via the road running through the Golf Course.

The development works will see improvements to the whole site, with building renovations in the amenity block, upgrades to shower and toilet facilities and the installation of more hard standing pitches.
