If you are unable to pay your invoice, you must get in touch with us as soon as possible (Telephone: 01856 873535 or email@example.com) in order to set up a payment plan. Otherwise, if after 1 month from the date on your invoice, no payment has been made or if there is no payment plan in place, your service will be discontinued.

Alternatively, an option could be to reduce the frequency of your collections, or you can request smaller bins to place your waste/recycling in.
