What do I do with my food waste if I can't compost it?

If you don’t have a garden, then you are unlikely to have any significant garden waste. For those with window boxes or similar plant material there are products on the market that allow you to dispose of your kitchen waste into a bin in your kitchen. Please contact us for further advice on these products. Alternatively, just seek to reduce the amount of food waste you throw away, batch cook, plan your meals, freeze leftovers, you can even freeze vegetable peelings all together in a tub and once full, boil them up and make a great home-made stock. This reduces their bulk.
